I was lucky enough to meet Joanna Nolan, the woman who created Be Nourished products, a few years ago right when we were starting Good Buzz. We have so much in common, from our reasons why we started doing what we do to our backgrounds in health and wellness. I wanted to share with you some of Jo's ideas on how to sneak some probiotic goodness into your family's diet, so please read and enjoy! - Amber

Want to know a sneaky but efficient idea to sneak some goodness into your diet or your family’s? Simply add a teaspoon or two of your favourite sauerkraut or sauerkraut juice into your condiments! Anything goes and you can mix and match flavours. 

For example, you can add to:

  • Salsa
  • Tomato sauce
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Barbeque sauce
  • Tartare sauce
  • Mayonnaise
  • Relish
  • Sweet and Sour Sauce
  • Steak sauce
  • Hummus
