From the days when Amber was making kombucha at home we have always used spring water. This guarantees no chemicals ever touch our water. In Tauranga, we have our spring trucked in from Otakiri for each brewing which is stored in two 25,000 litre tanks. Yep, we pay for our water because it's worth it - you the consumer are worth it!
Certified Organic is important to us
Amber and Alex have incorporated organic certified choices into their diet since the mid 2000s and it only made sense to procure ingredients that carried this same philosophy.
