Would you believe having both handy in the fridge can whip up a delicious, warm snack? Perfect now that the days are cooling down.

We teamed up with our mates at Raglan Food Co to create these Vegan Boysenberry Scones — and not just because their boysenberry coconut yoghurt tastes amazing. Their ethos and values strongly align with ours: clean, gut-loving products that are better for people and the planet.

What you’ll need:

  • 4 cups flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 300ml @goodbuzznz Boysenberry Apple Kombucha

  • 300ml @raglanfoodco Boysenberry Coconut Yoghurt


Method:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan bake).

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour and baking powder.

  3. Add in the kombucha and yoghurt, and stir until just combined — don’t overmix!

  4. Gently pat the dough onto a floured surface and shape into a round about 2–3cm thick.

  5. Cut into circles, triangles or whatever scone vibe you’re after.

  6. Place on a lined baking tray and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden on top.

  7. Let them cool slightly… or not. Eat warm for maximum joy.
