When it comes to Feijoa season - it fruits hard and fast - so a lot of the time you are left with more than you can keep up with. We have the answer thanks to our friend Laura at Live Well Holistic Coaching ....

Get ready to treat your taste buds and discover a new favourite condiment!

  1. Stew the Feijoas: Begin by gently stewing the feijoas in a pot over medium heat. 

  2. Insert secret ingredient Good Buzz Kombucha: Once the feijoas are soft and fragrant, it's time to add the GoodBuzz Feijoa Kombucha. Pour in about half a bottle, stirring gently to incorporate it into the stewed fruit. The kombucha not only adds a delightful tang but also infuses the feijoas with probiotic goodness.

  3. Simmer and Spice: Reduce the heat to low and let the feijoas simmer gently in the kombucha for 5-10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. As the stew thickens slightly, sprinkle in a dash of cinnamon, adding warmth and depth to the dish.

  4. Serve and Enjoy: Once the feijoas are tender and infused with flavor, it's time to enjoy your creation.
