Brewed in Tauranga, New Zealand the traditional way. Our organic kombucha is naturally fermented over two weeks with live cultures of bacteria, yeast and natural ingredients. This creates a delicious fruity organic Booch!
Keep Chilled Below 4°C Our Kombucha continues to ferment in the bottle. Keeping it chilled makes sure you get the best out of your Booch. All that natural fizz may make our cap very tight.
My daughter and I love the Good Buzz kombuchas (much better than the "watery" options stocked by our local store) and being able to order a mixed box to take advantage of the pricing without having to commit to 12 bottles of just one flavour is a real win
Even though I have done my first order (just waiting for my 2nd) I absolutely loved the service, the tracking so I was able to keep up with where the package was going to be. I found it was so much cheaper to order a box then buying them individually from the supermarket weather they were on special or not. Was 100% happy with my purchase. It last me a while ot is a decent price and I absolutely enjoy all the flavors. Well done GOOD BUZZ. Keep up the good work. Only brand I have found that does Multi Packs. I will continue to order from you. 😊
I bought this case as well as the 'premium' case as I wanted to compare them. I was put off by the high sugar volume which is double what the 'premium' brand is. I figure if you can make the sugar content less for the premium brand you can do it for your whole range. The flavours are delicious but I'm not sure I get the potency I need to keep my digestive tract happy and it just feels like I'm drinking a fizzy drink. This is great when I feel like fizzy drink but beware if you drink too much - they are delicious & the sugar content will have you craving more - it can be a very good laxative (true story). I want to like this range but I think I will stick to buying 'premium' instead.
So good to share with our guests getting them to try what we enjoy, so lovely this time of year.
Good selection of flavours which aren’t too sweet.
Good stomach settler.
What is kombucha?
Kombucha is a probiotic tea drink, made naturally fizzy through a natural fermentation process that leaves it bubbling with beneficial bacteria, yeasts and microbes. Consider it a fresh alternative to a soft drink, containing less sugar and more gut-loving probiotics.
Does Good Buzz kombucha contain beneficial yeasts and bacteria?
Yes! Fermented by a good-natured colony of live bacteria and yeast, Good Buzz organic BioGro-certified kombucha is fizzing with live cultures to support a healthy digestive system.
How is Good Buzz Kombucha brewed?
Good Buzz Kombucha is fermented traditionally, taking place with a symbiotic culture, (or SCOBY as favourably known) combined in a lightly sweetened tea brew.
Our brewing process spans two weeks, allowing ample time for the bacteria to get cozy with natural sugars, slowly converting them into organic acids. We regularly test our kombucha until it achieves our iconic, fizzy tang.
How much kombucha is too much kombucha? Is there a daily limit?
There’s no hard limit, however we are all different and so are our digestive systems and our unique blend of gut bacteria. It’s best to ease in gently and start with half a bottle, as too much too soon can really get your digestive system ‘moving’.
Does kombucha contain alcohol?
All traditionally brewed kombucha contains a small amount of alcohol due to the natural fermentation process. In NZ, the limit for a brewed soft drink available for sale to all ages is 1.15% ABV, we ensure Good Buzz Kombucha stays below this limit for the duration of it’s shelf life.
Does Good Buzz Kombucha need to be kept in the fridge?
Our Kombucha is alive in the bottle and continues to ferment in warmer temperatures, so it’s best kept in the fridge to keep the fizz just right. However, keeping Good Buzz Kombucha out of the fridge will not cause the product to change quickly, so if it does end up out of the fridge for a few days, it’s no problem.
We store the Kombucha in chillers at Good Buzz HQ and recommend storing Good Buzz chilled at home too to ensure you get the best out of your booch!
Is Good Buzz Kombucha dairy free, gluten free and vegan?
Yes, yes and yes. Good Buzz Kombucha is certified as a gluten-free and vegan product.
Is Good Buzz Kombucha pasteurised?
Nope. We like to keep our booch raw so the friendly yeasts and bacteria can thrive.
