Behind the Buzz
Real Ingredients.
Organic tea. Real fruit. Native herbs. NZ spring water. Organic raw cane sugar.
We’re Certified Organic through BioGro New Zealand, so every ingredient meets strict organic standards. And because water makes up the majority of kombucha, we truck in fresh NZ spring water weekly to brew with no tap water, no fillers, no artificial sweeteners.
Traditional brewing.
We brew the way kombucha has always been brewed.
Our tea is steeped in NZ spring water, then set aside with our live culture. Over 12–14 days, our SCOBY gets to work consuming much of the sugar, transforming the tea and developing the flavour profile that makes kombucha unique.
This traditional fermentation process naturally creates the living cultures and organic compounds fermented foods are known for.
We don’t rush it. We don’t pasteurise it.
Real sustainability.
At Good Buzz, sustainability isn’t a side project or a hype word for us it’s built into how we operate.
Everything we practice aims to give back in full circle.
Our glass bottles and cardboard don’t end their life in your recycling bin.... Once recycled at home, they’re returned, melted down and moulded back into glass bottles again.
Our brewing compost is sent to Eco Gas, where it’s transformed into renewable natural gas. What starts in our tanks helps power something new.
The Buzz...
You could say it’s the secret ingredient.
At Good Buzz, we’re a small team who genuinely care about what we brew and how we brew it. Every batch is made with intention, patience and pride.
For us, it’s more than kombucha. It’s about celebrating the good stuff, good ingredients, good people and good moments shared over a drink.
The kind of buzz that’s simple, real and a little contagious.
