What if I want to make a one-time purchase and a subscription at the same time?

Shopping online with Good Buzz is super easy. Place an order of your favourite products and have them delivered to you weekly, fortnightly, three-weekly or monthly AND include one time purchases too! Mix and match your order in the way that best suits your requirements!

I want more than one active subscription. Is that possible?

It certainly is! Have your favourite Good Buzz products delivered to your door when you need them. One week you may need a top-up of small bottles for dad and big bottles for the kids the next. It's that easy and convenient!

What if product I'm subscribed to runs out of stock?

In this instance, your subscribed product will not be shipped to you until the product is back in stock. If you don't wish to wait, that's okay too! You are welcome to edit your subscription to remove the product that is currently out of stock. To access your subscription dashboard, log in to your account, then select the subscription order, followed by subscriptions and then click delete.

Can I use other discount codes for my subscription?

All Good Buzz subscriptions come with a discount, but on occasion we also send out discount codes that are specific to subscriptions. Look out for a code in your email and then go into your subscription and click Apply Discount Code button to enter your code.

How do I make changes?

Is it possible to skip a delivery?

Don't need your Good Buzz order just yet? Or, perhaps you'll be away? That's fine. You can skip your delivery by logging in to your account and clicking on delivery schedule on the left, which enables you to see all of your upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. If you wish to skip a delivery, click skip to the right of each one.

How do I update my billing information?

In the billing information tab, you'll find the current method of payment along with the current billing address. This isn't the same as the shipping address. Edit the address in this section if something has changed for the card holder's place of residence or the email address on file.

How do I update my shipping address?

To update your shipping address, ensure you're logged in to your account and click on subscriptions. Next, click edit on the right of the address. This only affects the shipping/delivery address. It won't update your billing information related to the method of payment.

Is it okay to add products to my subscription?

Yes, it is! To do so, log in to your account and click the subscriptions tab. Next, select add product. A pop-up will appear, offering an option to search, view, and select any additional products you'd like to add to your future deliveries. You can select the regularity of your order, as well as your first shipment date!

Can I edit or cancel my subscription?

You sure can! If you need to change the frequency of delivery or what you want to receive or no longer need a subscription, you can cancel it by logging in to your account. Then, click the subscription tab, and next to your products, you are subscribed to are edit or cancel buttons. We have no penalty for cancelling your subscription - cancel it anytime.
