• 4 cups self raising flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder 
  • 300ml cream
  • 300ml kombucha ( we use Raspberry Lemon )


  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper (because we're all about easy clean-up!).

  2. In a big ol' mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix together the kombucha and cream and knead into a dough.

  3. Dump your dough onto a floured surface and cut it into your scone wedges, then transfer onto your baking sheet and let them hang out in the oven for 15-18 minutes. They're ready when they're golden brown and pop them out.

  4. Serve with your favourite condiments and a glass of kombucha.
