When thinking about the next Goodbuzz flavour, I really wanted to do a citrus as I think the pH of kombucha really lends itself to the tangy refreshing citrus profile.
In our house Mandarin season is always celebrated and lunch boxes are always filled with the delicious orange segmentable fruit but finding a Mandarin drink is rare, so I started to play.
I quickly discovered you needed something to balance that beautiful mandarin sweetness and that is where the Yuzu comes in. Its tart zing cleans up the palate and gives you that perfect blend of sweet and sour.
Amazingly aromatic and truly delicious.
